Acceptance
This agreement governs your use of unlistedkey.com and the services offered through it. By using the site you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not use the site.
Unlisted Key publishes information about unlisted and pre-IPO securities and facilitates enquiries between buyers and sellers. It is not a stock exchange, a broker, a depository participant or an investment adviser, and it does not hold client securities or client funds.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You must hold a valid PAN and a demat account with a depository participant in India before any transaction can be settled.
Enquiries are not orders
Raising an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. No contract to buy or sell arises until both parties have confirmed price and quantity in writing and the applicable settlement steps are completed.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, to complete KYC before settlement, and not to use the site to scrape, resell or redistribute its content. Accounts found to be sharing credentials or automating access may be suspended.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unlisted Key is not liable for investment losses, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a transaction you enter into.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
